DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED

When you buy a Balloons Over Britain balloon ride day, you can choose to receive your vouchers by email, post or both, email delivery is instant and completely free!
None of our postal packaging includes any Balloons Over Britain branding, so we won’t let the cat out of the bag if it’s a gift.

Vouchers by Email
Left it late? Choose email as your delivery option at checkout to get an instant email-voucher as a high-resolution printable PDF which you can use or present on the big day.

Vouchers by Post
Standard delivery costs £3.99 and will get vouchers to you in 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class post.
You can also select Express delivery for £6.99 per order (to one address on up to 20 vouchers) and they will be with you the next day within a one hour delivery window.

For express next day, you should receive a text to let you know which hour it will be between 8am – 6pm (if a mobile number has been supplied).

Express delivery orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday to be received the next day. Orders placed on Fridays will reach you by Monday and orders on Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
