Your journey starts from one of three carefully selected launch sites across Norfolk and Suffolk, with the flexibility to choose either a morning or afternoon departure. As the balloon gently lifts off, a stunning panorama unfolds beneath you, revealing miles of picturesque countryside and providing a perspective few people ever get to enjoy.

You'll spend approximately one hour in the air, taking in ever-changing views of rolling farmland, pretty villages, winding waterways and the region's beautiful rural landscapes. The complete experience lasts around 3 to 4 hours, allowing time for flight preparations, the balloon journey itself and return transport back to the launch location after landing.

To mark the occasion, you'll be treated to a complimentary glass of champagne after your flight. It's the perfect finishing touch to an extraordinary experience, giving you the chance to celebrate your adventure and reflect on the incredible sights you've enjoyed from above.

What this experience includes:
A private hot air balloon ride for 2, 3 or 4 people (voucher dependent)
Flight duration of around 1 hour (whole experience 3–4 hours)
Return transport to the launch site after landing
A complimentary glass of champagne to toast your flight

Vouchers are non-refundable. If your booked flight has to be cancelled due to weather, the flight provider will liaise with you to reschedule as per their booking terms and conditions.

When

Available to book weekdays and weekends up to 6 months in advance.

Morning flights: Meeting between 5.30am and 7am
Afternoon flights: Meeting between 3pm and 6pm

Flight times vary by season. These timings ensure the best possible views during your hot air balloon experience.

All flights are weather-dependent and subject to availability.

Who Can Go

Anyone aged 7 or over and at least 4ft 6in tall can fly.

Those aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+.

If you're pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery, you can't fly in a hot air balloon. The balloon flight provider will liaise with you to reschedule as per their booking terms and conditions.

Weight supplements apply for those over 20 stone in weight or those over 18 stone and under 6ft tall.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date

What about Insurance?

The operators hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
