Ballooning is a weather dependent activity and your flight will be rescheduled if weather conditions are not suitable for flying. 

Since hot air balloons travel with the wind, certain wind directions may lead to limited landing options or challenging terrain. To ensure a smooth, safe and enjoyable flight, it may be necessary to move launch site on the day.

When

Morning and evening flights are available, seven days a week - subject to availability.

Booking in advance is recommended, especially for peak times like weekends.

Timings will vary throughout the year, as daylight hours change - see the FAQ section for approximate times.

Please allow 3 to 3.5 hours in total for the whole experience.

Who Can Go

- It is recommended that children be at least 6-7 years old and at least 4 feet tall so they can comfortably see over the basket.

- Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+).

- There is a maximum weight per passenger of 17 stone. Please advise when booking of anyone over 17 stone.

- Outdoor clothing and comfortable footwear is recommended.

- You must be reasonably fit and able to board and disembark the balloon basket.

- Any medical conditions or special requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.

- If you're pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery, you can't fly in a hot air balloon. Your vouchers will be extended on a month by month basis. There will be no extra cost if 4 attempts have been made in 12 months.
