Ballooning is a weather dependant activity and needs suitable weather and suitable ground conditions to go ahead.

Your balloon ride will be cancelled if the weather is considered inappropriate (rain, strong winds, fog) or if the ground does not allow for easy vehicle and trailer access.

You will be given as much advanced notice as possible if your balloon ride is cancelled and you will be able to reschedule it for a later date.

Vouchers are non refundable should the ride be cancelled due to bad weather.

When

Available for morning and evening balloon rides between April and October.

Morning - Between 6am and 10am
Evening - Between 5pm and 9pm

The For 3 option is available for morning flights only.

Your balloon ride will be around 1 hour but the whole experience from start to finish can take a 2-4 hours.
It is sometimes necessary to transport passengers to an alternative launch site due to wind direction for example.

Please arrive on time for your flight and even a little earlier if possible.

After landing, you'll be taken back to the meeting location.

Who Can Go

- Minimum age is 7 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

- All passengers must be able to climb in and out of the basket, which is just over a metre high.

- Minimum height is 4 foot 6 inches (1.4 metres).

- Passengers whose weight exceeds 18 stone (114kg) should contact the supplier before booking their flight. There may be a surcharge for operational reasons.

- Sensible outdoor clothing is recommended and footwear suitable for standing in a field.

- A small bag is fine to bring. It is recommended you bring warmer clothing, a drink and a camera!

- If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. You shouldn't fly if you are suffering from a serious medical condition, have just had surgery, are pregnant or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
